Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives – Travel Account to assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. In this role, you will ensure every customer receives excellent service through clear communication, accurate information, and efficient problem resolution. This position provides structured training, real travel industry exposure, and long-term career growth in a people-first work environment.


Qualifications

    • Educational Background: High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage).

    • Experience: Open to fresh graduates, entry-level applicants, and career shifters; no prior BPO or customer service experience is required.

    • Communication Skills: Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

    • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and strong multitasking ability.

    • Attributes: Strong customer service orientation, interest in travel, and highly adaptable.

    • Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite at our Davao City location and open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to travel services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.

    • Information Provision: Provide accurate travel details regarding schedules, policies, and pricing.

    • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently while maintaining high-quality service in every interaction.

    • Data Management: Document all customer interactions accurately in the system and escalate complex travel concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

    • Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
