Role and Responsibilities

As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, your main role is to assist customers through written communication channels. You will help resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure customers receive timely support.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through chat or email support channels

  • Assisting with account concerns, product information, or service requests

  • Providing clear and accurate solutions to customer issues

  • Recording and updating customer interactions in the system

  • Maintaining professionalism and delivering a positive customer experience

This is a full-time onsite role in Quezon City with a shifting schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

  • Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)

  • Students, career shifters (STADS), and fresh applicants are welcome to apply

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

  • At least 18 years old

Applicants with basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and good written communication skills will have an advantage in this non-voice support role.
