About the Role

As a Finance Account Representative, you will handle customer concerns related to financial accounts such as banking services, billing inquiries, credit support, transactions, and account updates.

You will provide accurate information, assist with issue resolution, and ensure customers receive professional and reliable support. Training will be provided, so even beginners can confidently perform the role.
