Job Description
We are looking for Financial Customer Service Representatives who can provide accurate and professional support to clients regarding account inquiries, billing concerns, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to financial inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with payments, account updates, and billing concerns
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on financial processes and systems provided

Qualifications:
• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
