Job Description


We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Log all interactions in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
