Job Description
We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email

Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Log all interactions in the system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:

Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures
Requirements:

At least a High School or Senior High School graduate

Strong written English communication skills

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
-
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
