What You Will Be Doing

As a Pure Non-Voice Agent, you will primarily handle customer interactions through written channels. Instead of calls, you will focus on chat and email support.

• Handling customer inquiries via chat or email
• Providing accurate and timely responses
• Resolving concerns related to accounts, billing, or services
• Maintaining professionalism in written communication
• Meeting quality standards and performance metrics

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable communicating through written platforms.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, ALS Passer, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• Good written communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite

• Must currently reside within Metro Manila
• With or without BPO experience
