Job Description:
We are hiring Retail Account Agents to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and general account concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product and pricing information
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on retail systems and processes

Requirements:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
