In this role, you will support customers through phone, chat, or email by resolving internet, software, and account-related concerns. You will guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes, document all interactions properly, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
  • At least 1 year BPO experience with Technical Support background
  • Must have stable internet connection at home
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules
