Job Description for CSR – Travel Account Specialist

As a Travel Account Specialist, you will support customers with travel-related concerns such as flight bookings, reservation updates, cancellations, and itinerary inquiries. You will provide clear and professional assistance through voice communication while ensuring customers receive accurate information and a smooth service experience. The Travel Account Specialist is open to individuals who have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers, even without prior BPO experience.

Who Can Apply

• Minimum of 6 months GDS experience in a travel or BPO environment

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• Experience handling travel bookings or airline accounts is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage travel itineraries accurately

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City

• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
