Job Overview

As a Travel Booking Agent CSR, you will:

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and inquiries
• Provide accurate travel information and recommendations
• Ensure excellent customer experience through voice support
• This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and at least basic work experience.

Who Can Apply

• Open to Freshers and first-time BPO applicants

• Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduates

• With at least 1 year work experience (any field)

• No BPO experience required

• Good to excellent English communication skills

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work onsite

• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
