Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Chat Support who will handle customer support through chat, email, and messaging platforms, with no phone interaction required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Document all interactions in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction


Schedule & Training

  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Paid training provided (non-voice tools and processes)


Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level/graduate preferred)

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask

  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
