Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Chat Support who will handle customer support through chat, email, and messaging platforms, with no phone interaction required.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email

Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Document all interactions in the system

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Schedule & Training

Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training provided (non-voice tools and processes)
Qualifications

High School or Senior High School graduate (College level/graduate preferred)

Strong written English communication skills

Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask

Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
