Chat Support Agent (Non-Voice)


Job Description

We are seeking Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide customer assistance via chat, email, and other messaging platforms. This role does not involve phone support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
  • Document all interactions in the system accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain service quality standards and performance metrics

Schedule & Training

  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on company tools, systems, and procedures

Qualifications

  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
