Chat Support Agent (Non-Voice)
Job Description
We are seeking Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide customer assistance via chat, email, and other messaging platforms. This role does not involve phone support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
- Document all interactions in the system accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain service quality standards and performance metrics
Schedule & Training
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on company tools, systems, and procedures
Qualifications
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong written English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
