Job Description

We are seeking a Shipping and Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations and ensure timely shipment delivery. The role involves coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to manage shipping schedules, track deliveries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment updates
  • Handle shipping inquiries, delays, and delivery concerns
  • Prepare and update shipment records and documentation
  • Provide accurate information about shipping schedules and logistics processes
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate reports and system updates
  • Follow company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • With at least 6 months of experience in a call center work setup
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
