Job Description
We are seeking Travel Account Specialists to assist clients with flight, hotel, and other travel-related inquiries. This role involves ensuring smooth booking processes and delivering accurate information to provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain updated records
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team
- Meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
Schedule & Training
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
Qualifications
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
