Job Description

We are seeking Travel Account Specialists to assist clients with flight, hotel, and other travel-related inquiries. This role involves ensuring smooth booking processes and delivering accurate information to provide an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly
  • Assist clients with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain updated records
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team
  • Meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals

Schedule & Training

  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on travel systems and company procedures

Qualifications

  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
