We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Airline Reservation Agents to join our growing team in Cebu City. In this role, you will assist customers with flight bookings, ticket modifications, travel inquiries, and other airline-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling customer concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight reservations, ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebooking requests
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel requirements
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or email support
Process ticket changes, refunds, and other reservation-related transactions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow company policies and airline procedures while ensuring quality service
Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
With at least 6 months of call center experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
