Job Responsibilities

As a Non-Voice Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting customers through chat and email support
  • Responding to inquiries regarding accounts, orders, or services
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns
  • Updating customer records and documenting interactions
  • Ensuring timely and professional customer assistance through non-voice channels

Qualifications

  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
