Job Responsibilities
As a Non-Voice Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers through chat and email support
- Responding to inquiries regarding accounts, orders, or services
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns
- Updating customer records and documenting interactions
- Ensuring timely and professional customer assistance through non-voice channels
Qualifications
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
