Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through chat and email support
• Handle travel-related inquiries including bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services and account concerns
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
