ROLE SUMMARY
The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical concerns related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service issues. You will provide step-by-step troubleshooting, resolve technical problems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner
• Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently
• Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the system

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot simple issues
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
