ROLE SUMMARY

The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical concerns. Specifically, you will handle software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service issues. Additionally, you will provide step-by-step troubleshooting to ensure a smooth customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot simple issues
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
