ROLE SUMMARY

The Chat Support Representative will assist customers through online chat platforms. Specifically, you will answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

This role is ideal for candidates actively searching for competitive Chat Support Davao City opportunities, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR positions with no experience required

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain high-quality service in every interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fast typing skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
