We are seeking a Chat Support Associate in Davao City to assist customers through online chat support by answering inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through written communication.

In this role, you will interact with customers using chat platforms, help address account-related concerns, and provide timely assistance while maintaining a positive customer experience. You will also ensure all customer interactions are properly documented and updated in the system.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate
• Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic typing and computer navigation skills
• Customer-focused with willingness to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
