Job Description

We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate and professional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email

  • Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions

  • Document all interactions in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

  • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Paid training on financial processes and systems

Requirements:

  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability

  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
