We are hiring a Customer Experience Associate in Davao City to assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service-related requests while delivering excellent customer support across voice, chat, and email channels.
In this role, you will provide timely and professional assistance, help resolve customer concerns, and ensure all interactions are properly documented. You will also follow company procedures and maintain quality service standards in a fast-paced work environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of BPO experience who are looking to grow their career in the customer service and BPO industry.
Qualifications
- K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Must have stable internet connection at home
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Amenable to shifting schedules
