Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates to help customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns. You will provide friendly and professional support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve customer concerns and requests
• Update customer records and document interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet customer service and quality standards

Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training provided

Qualifications:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-friendly and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
