In this role, you will work as a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring a positive overall customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

    • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

    • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage

    • Strong English communication and customer service skills

    • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability

    • Willing to work onsite in Davao City

    • Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including nights and weekends)

 


Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

    • Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes.

    • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

    • Accurately document all customer interactions and updates.
