Job Description:
We are seeking Healthcare Account Agents to provide support for patient inquiries, insurance questions, and service-related concerns while ensuring accurate information and quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Guide customers on healthcare services, claims, and coverage
• Assist with form submissions and claim processing
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes

Requirements:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
