Job Description:
We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Agent to assist guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and general hotel-related concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist guests with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel rates, amenities, policies, and availability
• Document customer interactions and reservation details accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns or complaints to the appropriate team
• Meet quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on hotel reservation systems and customer service processes
Qualifications:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused with good attention to detail
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
