What You’ll Do

As a Retail Account Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service-related issues. Moreover, you will provide professional and friendly support to create positive customer experiences.

You will work onsite under a shifting schedule, which allows you to strengthen your communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. At the same time, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-growing retail support environment.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Retail Customer Service Representative, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Currently reside within Metro Manila

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite

• Be willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate

• Applicants with or without call center experience are welcome to apply

• College fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
