Job Overview
We are seeking Technical Support Representatives to assist clients experiencing technical issues. You will provide clear guidance, troubleshoot problems, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions
- Accurately document issues and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved concerns to higher-level technical support
- Meet service quality and productivity targets
Schedule & Training
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid technical training provided from Day 1
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with analytical thinking
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila
