Responsibilities:
• Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
• Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
• Record all interactions and maintain updated documentation
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Schedule & Training:
• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
Requirements:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
