Job Description:
We are hiring Call Center Agents to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, account concerns, and general customer support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist customers with bookings, account concerns, and requests
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Meet performance goals related to quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fully paid customer service training provided

Requirements:
• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
• Good English communication skills
