What You’ll Do as CSR Travel Account Specialist

As a CSR Travel Account Specialist, you’ll assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and travel-related concerns. Your role is key in delivering smooth, stress-free travel experiences.

You’ll work onsite in Quezon City under a shifting schedule—building strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in one of the most exciting industries.

Qualifications

To qualify as a CSR Travel Account Specialist, applicants must:

• At least 18 years old

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS, SHS, or College Graduate

• With at least 1 year CSR experience

• With good communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Marikina and on a shifting schedule

• Living within Metro Manila or nearby areas
