Position Overview
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel
- Achieve established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Schedule and Training
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Participation in paid training covering company systems, processes, and customer service standards
Qualifications
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with basic computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
