Job Description

We are looking for Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling billing and sales-related concerns while providing accurate and efficient support.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year BPO experience with billing and sales background
  • Must have experience in Chat and Voice support
  • Must have stable internet connection at home
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
  • Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Document all customer interactions properly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
