Job Description
We are looking for Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling billing and sales-related concerns while providing accurate and efficient support.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year BPO experience with billing and sales background
- Must have experience in Chat and Voice support
- Must have stable internet connection at home
- Strong written English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
- Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions properly
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
