Qualifications
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Experience in Voice or Non-Voice support is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (written and/or verbal)
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Amenable to shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)
- Provide accurate and clear information to customers
- Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Properly document all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and service standards
