Qualifications

  • Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
  • Experience in Voice or Non-Voice support is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (written and/or verbal)
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)
  • Provide accurate and clear information to customers
  • Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Properly document all interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service standards
