Caldwell Communications is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account in Cebu City. Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative for Retail Account, you will assist customers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and order-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information
• Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Work Schedule & Training

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comprehensive paid training provided on retail systems, products, and customer service processes

Qualifications

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
