Who We’re Looking For:

• At least High School graduate (K12 or old curriculum)
• With 6 to 12 months BPO experience (Telco experience is a plus)
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and technical/basic troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a shifting schedule
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Preferably residing within Cebu
