About the Role
The Hotel Reservation Assistant (Non-Voice) focuses on providing excellent customer support through chat and email for hotel booking services. You will assist customers with reservations, room availability, booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking experience. With Caldwell, you will receive the tools, training, and guidance needed to succeed—even if you are new to the BPO industry.
