ROLE SUMMARY

The Non-Voice Account Associate will provide customer support through chat, email, and other written communication channels. You will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for candidates searching for non-voice jobs in Quezon City, chat support jobs, email support roles, and entry-level BPO opportunities with no experience required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email channels

• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns

• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for the Non-Voice Account Agent role, applicants must:

• At least 18 years old

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate

• Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and first-time job seekers

• Good written English communication skills

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

• Open to shifting schedules
