ROLE SUMMARY

The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, recommendations, and general retail concerns while ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will help maintain store operations, support sales initiatives, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

• Support daily store operations and inventory-related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome individuals who:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate

• At least 12 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Basic computer and transaction processing skills

• Willing to work onsite in Fairview Terraces, Quezon City

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

WORK SETUP & TRAINING

• Onsite work setup
• Shifting schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours as needed
• Paid training provided before deployment
