What You’ll Do as Non-Voice Account Associate

As a Non-Voice Account Associate, you will handle customer concerns through chat, email, or other written communication channels. Your role will focus on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience—without handling voice calls.

You’ll work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule, giving you exposure to real-world customer service scenarios while strengthening your communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Non-Voice Account Agent role, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old or above

• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate

• Be open to freshers, students, or career shifters (STADS/SHIFTERS welcome)

• Have good written communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Quezon City

• Be willing to work on a shifting schedule
