You will handle a variety of inquiries such as billing concerns, account updates, order tracking, and general customer assistance. The role focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining a professional and helpful tone at all times. Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Open to shifting schedules
