We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to support customers through chat-based platforms. You will handle a variety of inquiries such as billing concerns, account updates, order tracking, and general customer assistance. The role focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining a professional and helpful tone at all times. This is a great opportunity for individuals who prefer written communication over voice calls and want to grow in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will be part of a supportive team where training is provided to help you succeed even if you are new to the industry. The role also helps you develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service operations.


Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
  • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
