We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a blended mix of communication channels, including voice calls, emails, and live chat. You will manage financial inquiries, assist with account management, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide top-tier support.

Qualifications

  • K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or College Level/Graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous BPO experience handling a blended account 
  • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
  • Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Document all customer interactions properly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
