Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Residential Chat Support Representatives to join our team at Damosa IT Park. In this role, you will handle real-time customer inquiries, bridging the gap between customer service, billing management, and sales solutions.

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
  • At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience specifically in risk and fraud management.
  • Must have Chat and Voice experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
  • Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Document all customer interactions properly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
