What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with their technical concerns, provide troubleshooting support, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your role will be essential in helping customers stay connected and satisfied with their services.

You’ll work onsite at Eton Centris under a shifting schedule, gaining hands-on experience while developing valuable customer service and technical support skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Technical Support Agent, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old and above

• Be at least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply

• Open to Freshers, Career Shifters, STADS, and Shifters

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

• Be willing to work on a shifting schedule
