In this role, you will communicate with customers professionally, provide timely assistance, and help resolve concerns accurately and efficiently. You will also ensure all customer interactions are properly recorded while following company guidelines and maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
