We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team onsite in Davao City. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product or service inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
  • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving everyday technical issues such as device connectivity, basic software navigation, and account access.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently handle customer questions regarding billing, account configurations, or product features to achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps taken, and final resolutions within the ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
