In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product or service inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Open to shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving everyday technical issues such as device connectivity, basic software navigation, and account access.
- Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently handle customer questions regarding billing, account configurations, or product features to achieve first-contact resolution.

Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps taken, and final resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
